North Shore University Hospital offered residents the opportunity to join a program where clinical as well as academia were most important issues.
Now, since we have merged with Long Island Jewish, not only can we offer these same opportunities, but we now offer the best of both worlds. What may be lacking in one hospital, can be offered in larger quantities in the other.
The resident who becomes part of the North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System, can be assured of receiving the best any surgical program has to offer.
