| Welcome to the Online Application for Accreditation or Re-accreditation by the American College of Surgeons Bariatric Surgery Center Network Accreditation Program (ACS BSCN). Once you have registered for a User name and password, you have the option of completing the online application at once or you may complete it in stages, as long as you have internet access to log in. The online application system is offline at this time. Updates are being performed, as criteria regarding surgical procedures have been revised in the Accreditation Program Manual (Chapter 8).
