Title: Cancer Survivor Follow-Up: Is Your Clinical Practice Evidence-Based?
Description: This program will examine the current clinical practice of cancer survivor surveillance. Identification of those elements which are evidence-based surveillance strategies, for 5 disease sites, will be discussed: Colorectal cancer, melanoma , breast cancer, pancreatic cancer and lung cancer. An audience response system will be used to survey practice patterns of the clinicians in the audience.
