If CS Site-Specific Factors 13, 15, or 16 yield an SX or ERROR from Post-orchiectomy Serum Tumor Marker S Value Table Based on CS SSF 13, 15, 16, then the S value will be based on CS Site-Specific Factors 1, 2, and 3.
