Note 1: The constitutional symptoms (B symptoms) for Kaposi Sarcoma are:
    A. Fevers: Unexplained fever with temperature above 38 degrees C;
    B. Night sweats: Drenching sweats that require change of bedclothes;
    C. Weight loss: Unexplained weight loss of more than 10% of the usual body weight in the six months prior to diagnosis.
    D. Diarrhea: Persistent diarrhea lasting longer than two weeks.
Note 2: The presence of these constitutional symptoms for Kaposi Sarcoma does not modify the stage.
Note 3: Assign code 000 if the History and Physical, progress notes, and consultations make no mention of B symptoms.
