The N category is assigned based on the values of CS Site-Specific Factor 5, Size of Metastasis in Lymph Nodes, and Regional Nodes Positive. The N category is based on the clinical definition except when Regional Nodes Positive is greater than 05; then the N category is based on the pathologic definition.
