Note 2: For AJCC TNM 7th ed., T3 and T4 are defined strictly in terms of invasion into specific large blood vessels and the biliary radicals within the liver. Give priority to coding this extension. Use codes 605, 651, 700, 760, 800, or 810 only when no information is available regarding extension to the specified vessels or the biliary radicals within the liver.
