RB Gene Mutation

Note: Information is collected on the germline mutation of the retinoblastoma (RB) gene. Typically tumor tissue is tested to identify the presence of the mutation, and peripheral blood lymphocytes are tested to determine if the RB gene is a germline mutation (inherited).
