Note 1: For CS Lymph Nodes code 200 ONLY, the N category for AJCC 6th Edition staging is cNX. The 'c' and 'p' descriptor, and the derived M value depend on the values in CS Nodes Eval, CS Mets at DX, and CS Mets Eval fields as shown in the table below.
Note 2: Not all users of Collaborative Staging collect the evaluation fields. For this schema, if CS Nodes Eval and/or CS Mets Eval is empty or invalid, the N and M categories where CS Lymph Nodes = 200 will be calculated as if CS Nodes Eval and/or CS Mets Eval were '9'.
