Note 1: Record the value of the hCG test as documented in the patient record PRIOR to orchiectomy in this field. For example, a pretreatment hCG of 20 ng/ml would be recorded as 002 or a pretreatment hCG of 11, 000 ng/ml would be recorded as 200.
Note 2: Lab values for SSFs 8 and 9 should be from the same laboratory test.
