Note: CS Lymph Node code 100 needs to be reviewed and coded to 150 if the primary is in the upper two thirds; coded to 425 if it is unknown whether the primary is in the upper two thirds or lower one third; and coded to 20 in CS Mets at DX if it is in the lower one third of the vagina. This is a correction in CS based on AJCC 6th and 7th editions.
